1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or accessing Holiday Lights University (“Technical Training”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The “Technical Training is owned and operated by Kilox LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). Use of this site and its contents is subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal authority to enter this agreement. This “Technical Training is open to users of all ages but is designed to be in use by those who are 18 and older, but we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years old. Parents and guardians are responsible for evaluating age-appropriate content.

3. Technical Training Access

Your purchase includes lifetime access to:

• Video lessons and technical training

• Templates and downloadable PDFs

Access will remain valid for as long as Holiday Lights University remains operational. We reserve the right to remove or modify content at any time without refund or compensation.

Training is hosted on Kajabi, and access is granted via a registered account. Sharing access is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

Payments for our technical training may be processed through:

• Stripe
  Kajabi Payments (powered by Stripe)

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• Afterpay

• Klarna

These third-party payment platforms handle your payment information securely. Kilox LLC does not store or have access to full payment card information. Your transaction data is subject to the privacy policies of the respective payment processors.

We do not offer payment plans.
Sales tax is applied where applicable.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. After 24 hours, absolutely no refunds, returns, or cancellations are accepted for any reason.

6. Account Access

An account is required to access the Technical Training.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

Any misuse, sharing, or piracy will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Email Communication

By signing up, you agree to receive marketing and Technical Training-related emails.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime, but essential communications related to your purchase will still be sent.

8. Copyright & Usage

All content, including videos, PDFs, templates, and materials, is the intellectual property of Kilox LLC.

Strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, copying, teaching, or reselling any part of the Technical Training.

• Reproducing or distributing Technical Training materials to others.

You may only print worksheets or templates for personal use if you are the paying customer.

Unauthorized use will result in legal action, account termination, and pursuit of damages.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute Technical Training materials

• Reverse engineer or scrape the site

• Share access credentials or Technical Training files

• Circumvent access restrictions or security

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be:

• Governed by the laws of Arizona, USA

• Settled by binding arbitration

• Class-action lawsuits are strictly prohibited

You waive the right to participate in any group or representative legal action. Any disputes must be handled individually in arbitration.

11. Modifications & Termination

We may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access at any time for violations of these terms.

12. Integration

These terms, along with our privacy policy, form the full agreement between you and Kilox LLC. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms still apply.
